Most of the time delivery will be instance for priority route. Based on the traffic and route purchased, your delivery will be delayed. For Normal routesm the delivery will happen with in 8hr of time frame.

Sender ID is a 6 digit name(for transactional SMS) or a 6 digit number(For promotional SMS) provided by operator and regularly monitored by authorities for irregualat activities.
If you are sending transactional SMS, you can get Sender ID for FREE of cost. For promotional SMS 6 digit random sender ID will be set.
No, you should not. Transactional sender ids should not be used to send any kind of promotional sms. Contents should be white listed if you want to send prmotional sms through transcational Sender ID.
The pricing differs for the delivery quality and based on the operator used in backend for your panel. High priority messages will be sent to high quality and reliable operators. When operator reliability becomes low, SMS price also will be low.
Once you recharged in pre-paid, it can not be reversed. You have to consume what you have purchased. Other wise, after the validity period it will automatically removed from your account.
You can Download/View the reports in our panel or through API responses.
In each report you can find a coloumn 'Status'. In status coloumn the message status is updated with 24hr.
You can't see older reports more than 30 days. Every 30 days all your old reports will be removed. You can Download your report into Excel/CSV within 30 days.
